I've finished school!

Hey there!
Quite recently I finished school... forever!!!!
At the moment i'm really glad I've finished but i'm sure i'll start to miss it soon enough.

I particularly found year 12 quite challenging as I did most of my school work from home as I haven't been well for the past few years, but I am proud of myself that I did finish all my classes and completed year 12!

Yesterday I got my exam results and they really were not at all what I wanted but it is after all just a number. Even with poor scores I'm still planning to get into uni next year as I plan to move to Melbourne.

Although I missed out on a lot of school and events this year it was still great and I'm so glad I've finished my 13 years of schooling! :)
Here are some photos from the schooling year....

No Eyebrows!?

Oh Hey,
Imagine a world without eyebrows, now what a great sight that would be!
I myself don't have eyebrows that stand out. They are so blonde! Even in this picture they appear darker than they really are.

I've never touched my eyebrows in any way in the 18 years I've been on this earth and now that I have dark hair my eye brows look non existent.
I like to have stronger eyebrows that stand out as they can really change the look of your face and the shape of it.

So what do I use to fill my eyebrows?

I use Maybelline Master Shape eye studio pencil. It's defiantly one of my favorite products ever! It's a waxy consistency which keeps your eyebrows in place all day along with great color payoff! I use the shade deep brown but if you prefer a lighter brown and have dark hair i'd use the soft brown.
So I defiantly recommend this product 102%
Thanks for reading and here's a look into life without eyebrows! (to funny!)

Simple Moisturiser Review

Oh hey!
Lately I needed a new moisturiser and having sensitive skin I heard the the brand 'Simple' was good for sensitive skin.

What I like
1. It's super light and absorbs so quickly which I love as I'm one of those people that HATES sitting around waiting for moisturiser to absorb.
2. It has no smell! I hate face moisturisers that smell. erk!
3. It's super cheap! You can usually pick it up for $10 or below depending on where you buy it.

What I dislike
1. It's a great overall moisturiser, but if you want a really good overall moisturise you need to apply a few layers. They also have a 'rich moisturiser' which would probably do the trick.

Christmas Tag!

Oh Hey!
December is upon us which means Christmas soon!!!!
Nothing better than to do a Christmas tag :)

What time of year do you start your Christmas shopping?
Now I'm one of those people who leave presents to the last minute! (worst habit ever). Though this year I have already managed to get my brother something already but I'm on the lookout for something for the parents now.

Do you have any festive recipes for food or drink you limit solely to the Christmas season to share?
In my house we don't so much have any certain 'festive recipes' or 'drinks' for Christmas. I always am excited for having turkey though!!! Its defiantly a fav of mine during the Christmas period.

Tell me how Christmas goes down in your home..
Christmas is so different from when I was younger! I used to have a personal Santa stocking that sat at the end of my bed and I used to wake up so early Christmas morning and open all the presents that Santa delivered.
These days we wake up between 8-10am and then have breakfast which is usually croissants and jam! (oh so good!)  Then we sit by the Christmas tree and take turns (My dad, mum, brother and myself) opening presents. We don't really see any extended family so we then start to prepare dinner. Christmas dinner is probably the best part to be honest! We pop Christmas crackers put on the dickie hats and eat until we weigh twice our original weight. Now i'm hungry......

Do you have any Christmas traditions?
No not really.

Do you have a favourite festive coffee?
No, I'm from Australia so it's usually pretty hot during Christmas and coffee really isn't our first choice..

Do you have a favourite Christmas song?
I have two favs which are covers!
Last Christmas - The Collective
All I Want for Christmas - Michael Buble

What do you do on Christmas Eve?
When I was younger during Christmas eve in our town Santa drives around on the back of a fire truck throwing out lollies to all the kids as he drove by... Now that I'm older I just watch ;p
Then I just usually watch what ever Christmas movie is on TV.

What's your Christmas wrapping strategy? Do you have a strategy?
When I wrap it looks like a 2 year old did it.. and yes I'm that annoying person who uses WAY to much sticky tape.

What's your dream gift this year?
I already have most of what I want so i'm not really fussed.

Describe your Christmas tree. How tall? Real or artificial? How is it decorated?
Mine is artificial and is about 5'4. Our tree is just a mess of everything which I love! First I cover it in lights and tinsel then put decorations all over it. We have old wooden ordainment's, balls, and decorations that my brother and I made when we were younger.
There is this one decoration I made in primary school out of cards that has the bottom half of a naked baby Jesus.. Makes me laugh every time!

Do you decorate just the tree or other areas of your house e.g. windows, bannisters?
We usually pop a few lights around out side and put decorations in our windows but that's about all!

What do you wear to Christmas parties and what do you wear on Christmas day?
I've never really attended a Christmas party, and on Christmas day I just wear whatever I fancy on the day :)

Feel free to do this tag yourself!

What Annoys Me On Twitter!

Ahhh Twitter. My friend as well as my weakness.
I'll admit I'm a big user of Twitter and tweet a bit to much but there are aspects that annoy me...
So what annoys me the most on Twitter?

1. Spam DMs - THE MOST ANNOYING THING TO ANYONE WITH A TWITTER ACCOUNT.
Everyone's received the DM "lose 30 pounds by clicking on this link ect.." Are you saying I'm fat!? or even just the accounts that send around "Thanks for following me, follow me on Instagram!*insertion of link that sends out the messages*
They wiz me right off and automatically get an unfollow.

2. Spamming Celebs - Now I am guilty of spamming celebs *cough One Direction* and I don't mind someone spamming around 20-50 tweets to a celeb as it doesn't really clog up my timeline BUT WHEN someone spams up to 500 tweets at one time (I have witnessed this) I think... that's annoying me, other people and the whole wide world including Santa... please go away *unfollows*

3. This is a personal one but, crude twelevies - The amount of 12 and 13 year olds tweeting about how they want to do "sexual acts of pleasure" to celebs particularly One Direction and Justin Beiber really worries and annoys me. Now at the age of 13 boys still had germs and I didn't know a thing about nookie. And the amount of detail they go into really scares me.. Lets just say the next generation of writer's will be competing to have the best porn book.

AMA's 2013 | Red Carpet

Oh Hey!
First post in over a month!!! Mainly as I've just finish school forever!
Now I can blog again *yay*.
Here's my thoughts on this years AMA's.

BEST DRESSED

christina-aguilera-american-music-awards-2013taylor-swift-american-music-awards-2013
Christina Aguilera looked simply stunning in this White Colum Maria Lucia Hohan Gown. Many of the celebs on the red carpet this year embraced the 'cut-out' trend and Christina was defiantly one of my favs in this gown.
Showing more of her 'sexier' side Taylor Swift wore a Gold Mini Dress by Julien Macdonald. Personally I love the whole look from her hair to her shoes.
Maybe just maybe she was trying to get Harry Styles attention away from new flame Kendall Jenner?

ariana-grande-american-music-awards-2013-1kendall-kylie-jenner–american-music-awards-2013
Ariana Grande looked absolutely gorgeous as always in a Strapless red Dolce & Gabbana Dress, and her performance on the night was amazing!
Being a massive fan of the Kardashians I couldn't wait to see what Kendall and Kylie Jenner wore. Kendall wore a barely there white cut-out mini dress with a statement statement necklace.
While Kylie went down the sophisticated route and wore pants with a crop top. I also loved Kylies first appearance of her new hair style! Bangs on her look stunning!

 one-direction-american-music-awards-2013
One Direction just look good in anything to be honest. Colour coordinated in greys and blacks the boys looked great on the red carpet!
I just want to comment on how attractive Liam is in trench coats!
Can you tell where Zayn's beard starts and ends!? ;)

 WORST DRESSED

2013 American Music Awards – Arrivalsheidi-klum-american-music-awards-2013
Woahhh Miley Cyrus covered up a bit! She wore a white pant suit which I really was not a fan of....
Oh my, this dress on Heidi Klum is wrong in every single way possible! It's not flattering at all and looks a mess. Now I'm pretty sure that I could create this dress with some black paper and string. Ugh.

emma-roberts-american-music-awards-2013katy-perry-american-music-awards
Emma Roberts is just so gorgeous but this Lanvin Gown looks like a shiny garbage bag. Not one of my favourites of the night.
Katy Perry is one of my favourite people at the moment but this dress just didn't do it for me... or the hair.. or the clutch.

One Direction 2013!

Hey Hey!

*Warning!* This is going to be quite a big post! I haven't blogged in ages because of year 12 and study but I had to make time for this one! On the first of October a friend and I headed off to Melbourne for 3 days. With the main reason to see One Direction! I actually can't write how excited I was for this day!
I'd been waiting well over a year! *crazy*

What I wore?

I went for the monochrome look and went with this!
Top - Jay Jays, Leggings - Supre, Boots - Dotti, Clutch - Kmart

We left our hotel at 5pm to get there really early, now I wouldn't advice this as we were stuck out in the freezing cold for well over an hour waiting to even get in the building.... but we were at the front of our line so I guess that's a plus!

Finally we got in at 6:45! Then we set on our mission to find our seats. Now I was really worried because I knew our seats where on the side of the stage and I thought we wouldn't be able to see very much but OH MY GOD our seats were perfect!! They were incredibly close could not of been happier!!!

One Direction's support act '5 Seconds of Summer' (5SOS) were amazing! They put so much energy into there performance and they are all so attractive! My fav song of their's is defiantly 'Heartbreak Girl'. Be sure to check it out HERE !!!

Then finally at 8:30 it was time for One Direction!

They were exactly how I thought they would be! I still can't actually believe that I was there!! The atmosphere was amazing, and the crowd was incredibly loud!!!! The concert was perfect <3

Here's a little clip of Liam to show how close we were ANNDD we even got a wave off Liam!! (Which is in this clip). and one off Zayn. Ahhhaggjjgoadfandnfafjd!!

Harry's obviously pointing at me........
Even at one point Harry had bright yellow shorts on his head.... standed.

Overall it was one of the best nights of my life so far!
It was so amazing to finally see them in real life and perform :)

L'Oreal Preference Hair Dye | Review

O Hey :)
Recently I decided to dye my hair completely brown.
I decided to do this after a long time of having unhealthy blonde hair and ombred hair.

(Excuse the awkward lighting)
Having darker hair has made it so much more healthier! As well as making to look as though I have more hair, as unfortunately I have the most thin hair :/

What did I use?

Not having alot of money at the moment as I'm sick and unable to work, I decided to use a home job kit.
I used ''L'Oreal Paris Superior Preference'' in 'Dark Brown''
I picked this one up for $10 in Chemist Warehouse on sale, I'm pretty sure it's usually around $20 normal price.

The mixture wasn't as pasty as most hair dyes it had more of an oily texture. The color turned out great as well as being really shiny! Only down side was the smell! All windows were open and fans were on to stop me from dying!
Overall I really loved this dye and would def use it again and recommend it!
