1. Most proud moment?

I'd say completing school and getting into university while being unwell! :)

2. Dream job?

Ahha I have a few! A fashion buyer, youtuber or anything to do with advertising, marketing or PR. 

3. Celeb lookalike?

I wouldn't really say I look like anyone in particular, but a few on twitter have said I look a bit like Charlotte from Geordie Shore and Zoella.. 

4. Last picture on your phone?

My last picture on my phone is a screen shot of flappy bird... I GOT A SCORE OF 43,, I was proud!

5 . If you could only listen to one CD for the rest of your life, what would it be?

First album that came to my head was + by Ed Sheeran, such a great album!

Style Sunday | Kylie Jenner

Oh Hey!

I haven't done a Style Sunday in FOR-EV-ER!

I'm a big fan of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' and at the moment i'm in loveeeee with Kylie Jenners fashion! I personally think the Kardashians/Jenners have a great fashion sense. (Exept that one time Kim wore what looked like an old ladies couch....)

I love Kylie's shorter hair at the moment. Even I have been so tempted to cut mine to this length!

By far one of my favorite looks of hers is the boots and shorts combo and I would do anything for that bag!  

These red carpet looks are so simple but they are some of my faves, staying in trend with the black and white theme that has been seen a lot lately.

BIG 1 YEAR OLD!

Hey! Happy Sunday! Happy Australia Day! Happy 1st birthday to my blog!! :)

This time last year which just happens to be Australia Day in Australia, I started my blog and named it 'Plastic Beauty AU". I created it for my growing love of 'beauty' and started blogging mainly on makeup and fashion. It's now been a year later and you now may notice I've now self titled it to 'ItsReneeAllen'. (which I use on all social media platforms) I chose to do this as I wanted to write on more then just beauty and fashion.

In the last year I haven't been able to blog as much as possible as I had my last year of school which kept me quiet busy but this year I hope to blog a lot more! My goal is to put up a blog post EVERY SUNDAY!

Summer Holiday & OOTD

Oh Hey! 

Right now I'm sitting in a pool of my own sweat... No not really, but it's so bloody hot at the moment! (40+ degrees!)

Anywho.. every summer during the holidays my family and I go over to South Australia for a week and stay at a small town by the sea called Port Elliot. 

Here are some ootd's along with some snaps of what we did while over in South Australia.

Big Hair, Is Good Hair!

Hey! First up I'll say Happy New Year! :)

I'm going to straight up say that I'm not a fan of flat hair and I'm always doing as much as possible to get my hair as big as possible! Though I do struggle at times as there is not much of my hair, it's very thin and grows at the slowest rate ever.

But no matter what type of hair you have there are many ways to create big voluminous hair, here are some of my tips...

1. Blow drying your hair upside down - This is one of the very first tips that I used when I wanted bigger hair, it gives minimal results but is one of the easiest.

2. Using hair extensions - Hair Extensions are are great for BIG HAIR. They add and give the illusion of having more hair with volume. You can get them done at a hair salon which can be quite pricey or even buy clip ins which are a lot more better for your bank account. Best Hair Buy have a large range of great priced hair extensions and hair accessories. Hair extensions are also great as they can create length to your hair! I myself love the look of hair extensions for volume as long as the hair extension itself matches and blends into your hair.

3. Hair Teasing - Okay, Okay... You're probably thinking, 'Oh My Gawd, Don't tease your hair!'.

Yes I know, teasing is bad for your hair but I know so many people who do it. 

I myself love doing it as you can chose to tease a little bit or a lot for really, really big hair! I find that it's quick and easy and is always my go to when wanting that little bit more volume.

4. Dry Shampoo - This should be everyone's secret weapon! I simple spray to the roots of your hair then brushed through creates instant volume!

5. Using a Curling Iron - Pretty much everyone would know of this one! By curling your hair it creates the look of bigger hair. I myself after curling grab a brush and brush through any curls I've creates to separate them making them more spread out and bouncy!

So if you fancy trying out bigger hair be sure to try some of these tips!

I've finished school!

Hey there!

Quite recently I finished school... forever!!!!

At the moment i'm really glad I've finished but i'm sure i'll start to miss it soon enough.

I particularly found year 12 quite challenging as I did most of my school work from home as I haven't been well for the past few years, but I am proud of myself that I did finish all my classes and completed year 12!

Yesterday I got my exam results and they really were not at all what I wanted but it is after all just a number. Even with poor scores I'm still planning to get into uni next year as I plan to move to Melbourne.

Although I missed out on a lot of school and events this year it was still great and I'm so glad I've finished my 13 years of schooling! :)
